my ex is black mailing me with a restraining order violation.. what can i do?

I violated my restraining order by sending him a message on Facebook. Instead of reporting it he is using it to black mail me in to do what ever he wants. I wrote something true but not in good light about his girl friend, my ex friend, on facebook on my home page and he is black mailing to show a naked pic he has of me if I don't remove the post. When ever he wants things his way he throughs the black mail pic and restraining order violation in my face. He tells me to do what he wants or he will report me and get my children taken away. The restraining order is for excessive phone calls only no violence.
