I will make this simple and clean.....
It is disrespectful to have the person that he has slept with as a friend. However, it is different to have them as a friend in Facebook from talking to the girl. If he is talking to her, i would say that it is disrespectful because they might still have some kind of spark. If he think that you are overreacting, that's a sign that he wont care of your feelings. I would not say that you are being insecure, I think you have that instinct that something will happen.
