Oh there are soooooooooo many!
* the overuse of diva and awesome so that they no longer mean what they used to! *the use of regime to describe a fitness routine. * the use of large/small to describe a number. * the use of tweet as a verb ie "Tweet us at" It's "Twitter us at" (We don't say "Letter me your answer.") * the writing of the word 'have' as 'of' as in "I would of done it." *grammer spelled like Kelsey's last name! *the use of the noun good as an adverb. " I slept good last night" 'I did good on my exam" and the pronounciations that makes me cringe: Mary Hart et al completely omitting the second syllable in Josh Duhamel's name. Du-a-mel, not Doomel. Iraq is not pronounced "Eyerack" it's "Earrack" (It's an ear not an eye!) Neuclear is only pronounced 'newclear'- all one word. and the word I hate just because it exists: 'brassiere' |
