when I try to change my icon or header on twitter, it says "internal servor error" why is this?

sometimes happened due to browser .. use another browser to see if the same error persists ..
You can also try cleaning the browser cache and cookies and then try to do the same ... for cleaning cache in chrome go to "Settings" --> "Show advance settings" --> Clean privacy data ( Under "Privacy" heading )
