I'm locked oh of my yahoo mail?

I have this email account i use a lot for my Facebook, Instagram, all my yahoo questions (expect this one), where I get all my store coupons everything, and I made it three years ago and I don't remember the security question, and it says it's temporarily locked (idek for how long) and I go online and it says I have to put in a security code that was sent to my phone number (which I don't have any more) and I really need that account what can I do??
