It's not possible to get a high rank for a site without using on-page & off-page SEO. As we all very familiar with the fact that the rank of a website is totally depend on the SEO task & because of SEO most of the organizations having this service for their organization & those who are not having this service they hiring the SEO professionals.

For getting the high traffic to a website you must need SEO service both on-page & off-page. According to Google's new update for doing the quality SEO you must have the quality content & for submission you must follow the niche sites. All these facts are done under the SEO activity so we can't ignore the fact that only SEO can improve the ranking of a website.
