How do i get rid of their twitter friends friends an just follow them?

Go to the profiles of the people that you don't want to follow and click unfollow. However, your friends might be retweeting some of what they see your friends do. If you don't even want to see those, go to your friends' profiles and select the option that blocks their retweets.
