It isn't! It "creates a vacuum"!
After getting frustrated with it, I took it back out and went back to IE8.
The security settings on it are so jacked up that you can barely navigate from one site to another. Bunch of yaahooze came up with this version! (Sorry Yahoo!, no disrespect)!
