Is Fanbox safe to join?

BE CAREFUL w FANBOX! UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES!!!

I am now going through a dispute w fanbox and Paypal. My biggest mistake was I hooked it up to my Paypal account last feb2014 cz I saw that my fanbox account had USD500+++ in earnings.

Initially as soon as I hooked up my Paypal to fanbox, they charged me (USD-0.01) and promised to pay it back (USD0.01) right after which they did.

After a month, I was so surprised to receive an email from Paypal saying that I sent USD9.75 to fanbox which I never authorized nor was aware of.

GUYS PLEASE BE CAREFUL. As good as it seems, this site is too good to be true and you may be scammed big time.
