standard 20mb broadband should run at between 10-16 down
and 0.7 to 1.5 up.

anything faster is a bonus, anything less may be poor wiring or bad firewall software.
or TOO FAR AWAY FROM A DIGITAL line/connection/exchange
** note
all connections experience RUSH HOUR and testing should be repeated 3 or 4 times over a 24 hr period for a fair set of results, avoiding RUSH HOURs

all testing should be done with a LAN cable connected pc, whilst only ONE pc is connected..
