Me and some friends are going to start a youtube channel, we will do EVERYTHING! But where to start? We are all 16-17 ye

We all have our own things to offer, the guys and their gaming, me and my dancing, drawing, humor, I game a little too, but how exactly would I start with videos? I'm completely blocked! Hopefully we become big on youtube, but...just...GAHH! Jeez, everytime I try to think of how to start on youtube I overthink it, please help!
