Tumblr Url Help Please?
i want to use a url on tumblr but it says it's already been taken. I typed it in but the page is empty and looks like this https://31.media.tumblr.com/1b20c543340a...ip0zp.png. There are no posts, never have been and no way to contact the owner. It doesn't look like a saved url page so is this just a deactivated user page and if it is, is there a way to contact tumblr and ask them to delete it? please help i really want this url if if it is possible to get it.
