You must write the full specification of your laptop to get an answer. generally, you may have virus problem. You need to scan you C: drive with your anti virus program. Write to me at: beebolt@gmail.com. Give full specification of your Laptop, such as CPU, Ram, hard disk and your Windows. I will be able to help you. If you want to know the specification of your laptop just click on start and type in the search box DXDIAG and press on enter then you can read your specification. Good luck.
