Hi Esmail,
I am Kaveri from the Dell Social Media Outreach team. To isolate the issue between hardware & software, run hardware diagnostics. If all tests are passed, it confirms that the issue is not with hardware on the computer. - Press the power button to turn on the system - Press F12 repeatedly or Fn+power until you see boot menu - Select diagnostic and wait for the test to complete .
