Best way to communicate with multiple people?

I have to communicate with multiple people at one time and I am looking for a quick and efficient method of how to do so. I have looked into google sites as one of my methods and email blasts become too cluttered and misguided. I want a way where i can send an email to a group of individuals and they will be able to log on and type their questions and or responses on one page or site. If anyone has any other ideas they would be willing to share I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you. Also video conferencing is not an option for us.
