What's up with these sites that are nothing but ads?
Example as of 2/27: http://www.cartoondrawings.net/wallpaper...pacio.html

This site is nothing but sponsored links. Does this mean that they didn't pay for their server or something?
I got a link to this site from Google Images... and then hit view source once I got there. There was absolutely no content that didn't come from an ad service.
