Tickets on stubhub mobile app but not website?

We're aware that, at times, there is a lag between our full site and the mobile app, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. In this case, it appears there may be a severe lag that we would like to address as soon as possible. At your earliest convenience, please email your StubHub email address, the mobile app type (iOS, Android, etc.) and the exact name/date of the event to which you're referring to: yourfeedbackmatters@stubhub.com.
