How to advertise my new online buisness?

I have recently started a new Counselling Business we offer online (SKYPE) and telephone counselling but I am finding it very difficult to create traffic to my website. I have done the usual word of mouth and have been crawled by google. I don't mind spending some money but don't want to spend a fortune if at all possible. Hi Jason sorry I have no clue what you mean ha ha I built the site myself and have no clue what a meta tag is or any the other things you are talking about I will however look into this and try and sort that out Thank you so much for your advice
