The best way to win is to PROXIE BID, meaning bid high way over the seen price and anyone trying to out bid you will have to go over the bid you place.

If the item is $25.00 and you want it bad enough you can proxie bid $100.00, anyone else bidding on the auction will have bid over $100.00 to out bid you.
