Google+ Linking out contributors for SEO & Marketing?

From what I know, you can do in 2 ways:

1. Provide a link to the author's Google+ profile on the page where the content is
2. Create a page for each contributor that has links to all the posts written by that person, and link to the author's G+ profile from that page.

using the rel=author tag of course.

Plus, the author should add the URL of their contributor page (on your blog) to their Google + page, in the "Contributor to" section.

That should do the trick.

Also, there is a known bug with Google authorship right now, it's not being displayed for some authors, just so you know.
