Too many ad blocks on your site will reduce your search engine rankings. Your site needs to be focused on the content with a few ads to support it. This will create a better user experience which is what Google and other search engines look for. If you are unsure what factors of your site affect SEO and want to increase your rankings you should use SEOMoz. SEOmoz is a great tool that will boost your traffic for sure.
