Interview help...questios?

You could ask what training may be available to advance your career to maximise your potential for the company as an investment in you. Always ask a question in the 'positive' instead of asking anything about what a company can 'give' or - provide- for you, instead, phrase it as if you are wondering by investing time with them, what could be provided by them to make you better 'for' them. It's an alternative perspective to use, and it can be rewarding, as so many people have the attitude of 'expectancy' but, by being open about willingness to commit to a company, it's sometimes nice to hear someone ask, "what else can you provide for me to make me more indispensable and valuable for your benefit working together, towards the future"...Think along those particular lines. I think you'll find it will help them view you in a more favourable light. Hope this helps you! And, best of luck! x
