Yaa you can use ur phones net for your laptop

either by usb,wifi tether,bluetooh tether

best app for it (4g can be used too) is

Easy Tether Lite (No
root)

download it from play store

follow the instruction given in the app itself
its easy so
Done u can now use ur phones internet ..!!!
