Why on my computer I can not type in password with Internet Explorer, but I can do so with Safari?

In internet options, security, try disabling Protected mode; if no success, try setting IE on Default level.

I would say see if Submit non encrypted form data was enabled in Security tab, custom level, but you can enter your id.

I assume your IE 10 is updated.

I'm using IE 10.
