There are two ways to make a website either you can look for a website design agency who can deliver you a website as per your requirement , thou this would cost you more money , but if you are looking for a website where in you have all the control and make changes the way you want and is either Free or inexpensive then try a website builder. One such website builder which is very popular is http:///www.webstarttoday.com . This tool is used by many and I have personally used it and found it helpful as it easy to navigate and simple to understand.
