Just &quot;Add to Cart&quot; from you boyfrriends wishlist
Every item in your boyfriends wishlist has a &quot;Add to Cart&quot; button below it or next to it depending on the Normal view or Compact View. If you click on that button and buy the item , your boyfriend will not know about it unless he explicitly changes the wishlist options to show purchased items also
