Even if you could buy one- what makes you sure they would have any interest in your band?
Unless you could buy a site from another similar band and I doubt that is likely or it might piss off some people who were loyalists!
I think you should create your own for your band and as people see you play let them like you/ friend you whatever.
If you band is really good it will get out and also provide You Tube links etc.
Also it might help you to mention the name of your band on here- I love music and would take a look at it as well as many other people! We are interested! Good Luck Smile
