I Keeps getting Ads From half naked girls And men too, did someone song Me up? What to do to stop this or find?

You can either open each e-mail to click on the option to REMOVE YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS, or you can opt to click on the unknown e-mail sender's address to mark each as SPAM, or you can consider paying some E-mail corporation to organize your incoming E-mails.

These actions should train your E-mail server to better-organize your incoming E-mails.
