　 If there is or was only one good thing about this technology, and the use of the Internet / Web services, its that it can get the correct information out to those that need the information directly faster, that is where improper information reaches inquisitive minds and pro active persons before actual details arrive through news via television or radio, often one sided information, but with web services world wide, and ordinary peoples accessing all over networking, we, can sift through details, and determine better understanding of all events pertaining to one event, via web services, without being mis informed by one side or another, that is to do with actual violence in wars, or personal battles with bullying on or off line,

Answers, this site is only meant for tweens 13 and up, but occasionally, younger users appear on site, or trolls under pseudo names, same with many other sites, it is a good thing that many sites do block youth, but in some instances like this, where Safe Internet day is being promoted, that there doesn't seem to be redirect for youth to access and communicate to themselves on these issues, there was Yahooholigans or Yahoo!Kids, but thats been closed and changed over to Y! mobile services, or Family bundle services, ( http://mobile.yahoo.com/ )
