For starters, create a lot more text content, a "full length" article on a blog style site would have 450 or more words, you have posts with virtually no text content, at least write a long paragraph description. Not only does higher quality content provide more value to the visitors, it provides more keyword phrases in the content for the search spiders to match.

Aside from the basic need for quality content, getting a regular supply of new backlinks is the bread and butter of SEO.
