Sounds like you have the Pass Show virus! Easy fix man, don't need to reset anything. Just search in the File Explorer for PassShow. Delete it pronto. PassShow killed a PC of my dad's and we got it on his new Dell and had to factory reset it.

If you wanna be REALLY sure, download Adwcleaner and run a scan to fix the issues. You'll need to restart your PC.

Also, if that doesn't work, try downloading the free trial of Malwarebytes. Run a Full System Scan (it takes 45 minutes to do a full scan on my laptop) and let it clean up everything.
