try deleting cookies in your browser
if you have an antivirus on your computer and if it is scanning stop it for a moment because it just slows your computer the same with your broadband connection (but it is highly recommended that you need to finish the scan process)
remove clutter from your computer because the more the hard drive memory in use the more your computer slows down and it affects your computer's broadband connection
but if you prefer to use some money try upgrading it with speed but the higher upgrade the more you pay.
