Youtube videos not loading or downloading.?
My Youtube videos will not load or download. Yes I have deleted my history on youtube & the computer also I restarted the computer 3 times. I have an updated browser, flashplayer, and java. It still is doing the same thing. Do I need to delete the history off my network as well? Or is it my popup blocker? Could it be blocking the advertisements, keeping the videos from loading?

3-4 years
mozilla & chrome
Avast, Mozilla Firefox, YTD, and others such as explorer.exe
Win 7 OS
64bit mother board
2.20ghz intel i3
4gb Ram
500gb HDD

it started to happen 48hours ago...
It is not loading advertisements.
