Is this a good starter pc?
I want to build a pc and want to know if this is a good budget build. I am going to upgrade it in the future.

HDD-Western Digital Caviar Blue 500 GB

PSU-Corsair Builder Series CX 430 Watt ATX/EPS

Motherboard-MSI A55M-P33 FM1 AMD A55 Micro ATX AMD

APU-AMD A6-5400K APU 3.6Ghz Processor AD540KOKHJBOX

Ram-Kingston Hyper X Blu 4 GB 1600MHz DDR3 Non-ECC CL9

Case-Rosewill Dual Fans ATX Mid Tower Computer Case FB-03
My budget is around 250. I know its low but its all I can do.
