You are not going to be able to build a powerful rig for youd budget. My suggestion would be to save your money and build a PC that will play any game that is out as well as games in the future without needing to upgrade for a few years . This can be done for about $700 if you know what to look for and where to buy. If you jump the gun now you will be disappointed when you realize you can't play most games or play them at the highest settings with no lag. For instance, you can buy an AMD motherboard and 8core processor combo for about 300. Then get 8gb of ram and a 2gb gpu for another 300. All youll need is a $40 case and a decent power supply and cooling system (especially if you want to over clock) for another $150. Take the rest of the parts out of a donor computer that you can get free from Craigslist and youll be able to play anything at the highest settings for a while. My rig cost me $868 all together and beats the hell out of my friends $1500 gaming computer.
