I think so. It's in his best interest to cancel the sale if you can legitimately (but do it respectfully) illustrate that you realize the picture did not match the description. Tell them you prefer to amicably part ways without involving eBay. That's code for "I can open a case on you."
If not, you have to buy it. So buy it and then open a case on them. Sellers don't get the money for WEEKS after a sale so they are not able to steal from buyers anymore. Be careful next time. Good luck. Ads |
