can we load amount in paypal and pay to facebook for advertising with unverified paypal?
i am from Nepal here we cannot link bank account with paypal to verify. I have paypal account but not verified. now if i load $10 in my account from friends account could i be able to pay that amount for facebook advertising to facebook without verifyinh paypal
