hi! I would just like to ask a question about internet packets and how to redirect them.?
My sister always download large files from the internet and it slows down my connectivity. is there a way for me to redirect most of the packets to my laptop so that my connection will not slow down? i'm using a 32-bit windows 7 OS.

can any one help me?
