Router and Internet Connection?

No, close, but not a router. If you have a wireless network card that picks up on the frequencies of the other routers that send off signals from other people's Internet connection, then you could. But, there is a problem, if you live in a big city, most people have security encryptions on their network connections, so that could cause a problem. But, to answer the question, you need a network card, not a router, they are two completely different things.
