What to do about IPv6 no Internet access?

The current internet is IPv4. The new one is IPv6. Very few can get IPv6. You don't need it.

Your inability to get to web sites is something else.

Connect your computer directly to the modem. Shut down both. Boot modem and boot computer after modem lights have settled down. Then try again. If that works, then the problem is in your router. If not, call your ISP.
