What to do about IPv6 no Internet access?

I doubt that lack of IPv6 is the cause of problem, but you can test that idea yourself by installing the IPv6 protocol to see if it resolves the connection issue.

  Windows XP —

In Vista, IPv6 cannot be uninstalled, but it may be disabled.  Open the network connect properties and select the checkbox beside Internet Protocol Version 6.
