It means that a adobe's flash plugin is "down" and can't render or display anything you want.Adobe flash crashes(or goes down) when you open a lot of "flashy" websites, like video sites, flash based game sites, or even ads on many webpages.
If you empty you browser's cache and not use many of your computer's RAM, this may be less likely to happen.
