Is there any relief in sight for rural satellite internet subscribers?
I have satellite internet and it's the worst internet you can imagine. I'm working with a massive 6mbps download and 1 whole mps upload. I had hopes Air Advantage would come to the rescue, but they cant get a signal for all the trees as their technology is line of sight. While AA was here trying to get a signal, the tech told me Air Advantage was working on antenna technology that could receive a signal through foliage.

I don't care how they do it, so the first company that offers reliable high speed internet out here in the sticks has me as a customer for life.

Please tell me smart minds are thinking about providing reliable high speed internet to rural areas now served only by satellite.

Thanks.
