Two forces FA and FB are applied to an object?

FA > FB, m = 13 kg

1) FA + FB = ma > FA + FB = (13 kg)(1 m/s2) = 13 N > FA = 13 N - FB

2) FA - FB = (13kg)(0.5 m/s2) > FA = FB + 6.5 N

in 1) & 2) FA = 13N - FB = FB + 6.5 N > FB = 6.5N/2 = 3.25 N

FA = 9.75N and FB = 3.25N <<<< ANSWER
