No, for one, the logistics of sending money to hundreds of thousands of people is a nightmare in itself, could you imagine the security risk involved alone?
Second, no! How could a company survive on only 30% revenue and afford to send everybody the rest is beyond me. The only reason the others have made it is because of the revenue generated by online ad's. Any business that says they will do that sounds too much like they are phishing for peoples information, make a billion and run. I won't even go to the link you provided, it sounds too scary to me.
