technically anything that is more than the old 56K dial-up is called high speed.
Yours sounds like the mid grade package from the phone company. I've seen worse, recently. Broadband refers to the entire system of getting a high amount of data back and forth. It does not refer to 1 piece of wire. p.s. 1000 Kb is 1 MB so 5994 IS 6 meg |
