Connect to the internet using wifi and ethernet at the same time.. merging two internet connections?

The short answer would be no, its not possible. You can, of course, connect to all the networks, but only 1 can be utilized. if you want faster internet speeds contact your isp and upgrade your internet plan. use wired internet and a speedy browser that won't slow down as much, like google chrome.
