Galaxy S3 hands down is the best option since it has almost every feature better compared to iPhone 4s and still is cheaper.

Comments on Galaxy S3 from a user, should be helpful on this decision:

- Adobe Flash
- Stereo FM radio with RDS
- Java via Java MIDP emulator
