Can i access my Netgears Wireless router setup page without an internet connection?

Hello,
First of all thanks for using Yahoo Answers. An internet connection is not required to access the gateway, but a connection to the router/device is required. To access the gateway log in follow the steps listed below.

1. Start.
2. Run.
3. Type "cmd".
4. Type "ipconfig"
5. Press Enter
6. Enter the number next to default gateway into your internet browser. (Ex 192.168.1.1)
7. Log In
