Should I stay or should I go ?

So I've been talking to this girl for about 2 weeks. We met online on a dating app and everything seemed to be fine. We met up once and just hung out for a little bit and we were starting to plan a date. The day before our date she tells me that she can't make it and when I ask her why she never responded back to me. Note that we have been talking on a daily basis for two weeks now and all of the sudden she stopped talking to me(weird). Since I had her as a friend on Facebook I asked her if something was up with her phone and she replied two days later and said that she didn't have it with her. So a few more days pass and I'm using the app that I found her on and I see that she is online and Added new pictures to her profile (reiterate this is an app so she had to have her phone to use it). So I decide to shoot her a message and asked if she was done talking to me and of course no respond. At this point I'm wondering if I should wait til she gets her phone back or just move on ?
